Your self-paced course starts with a 45-minute personal intake, after which you will:
1. Receive a personalised month-to-month holistic protocol based on your unique situation, wishes, needs, and Ayurvedic Mind-Body Type (Dosha) prepared by Deborah Rose.
2. Get access to hours of virtual content that helps you prepare for birth. Although there are ideal timings (weeks of gestation) to work through various modules, and Deborah Rose is on standby to hold your hand along the way, this course is self-paced and takes place virtually. Both additional in-person and virtual guidance is available.
