Description
Immerse in the Birthing Energy (Sanskrit: “Apana Vayu”) with full-spectrum Doula and Ayurvedic Vaidya Deborah Rose. To help your brain create various pathways to tap into your brains’ own Theta Waves, Deborah will guide you through embodiment, moving meditation and deep relaxation, all of which are research backed ways to help a birther move through child birth. Sip on a home-brewed Womb Prana Elixir for dessert, and take your chance to ask any of your birth related questions during circle time, where you will also explore holistic helps to replace conventional pain management during labour.
