Description
Designed to elevate your prenatal journey with as much bliss for mind and body as possible. Deborah Rose’s prenatal yoga classes focus on movement and touch to enhance Prana (the Sanskrit term for Life Force) in your abdominal organs, endocrine glands, lower back, and hips, perfectly aligning with your body’s incredible efforts to nurture your baby.
Each session concludes with a guided meditation (Birth Nidra) to prepare your mind and uterus for a positive birth experience. Deborah also offers soothing pregnancy-safe reflexology, treating your scalp, back or feet to further enhance your relaxation and well-being.
