Description
This course is for pregnant mummys looking to keep up with their fitness in a safe environment with a programme designed especially for the prenatal body. I am a fully qualified pre and postnatal fitness specialist so your workouts will all be safe throughout all stages of pregnancy.
The focus will be on keeping up fitness levels to help with labour and postnatal recovery, mobility and movement of joints to help you as your bump gets bigger and to help you lead a healthy pregnancy.
