BABY CALM INFANT MASSAGE

Weekly nurse and health visitor led sessions held at Monkey Maze, Garforth, where you can enjoy learning how to do baby massage.

You'll learn about the many physical, emotional and developmental benefits that baby massage can bring.

Sessions are small and relaxed, and you'll be provided with resources at the end of the session so you can continue baby massage at home.

Stay for a cuppa in the Monkey Maze cafe while your little one is (hopefully!) calm and relaxed after their massage.

The course will take place at Monkey Maze, located on Ninelands Lane in Garforth (postcode: LS25 1NT). There is plenty of parking available in the car park, or on Ninelands Lane.

Please bring your baby in a car seat or sling/carrier, as space for prams is limited. However if needed, you can leave your pram at the Monkey Maze reception, where it will be supervised.

Upon arrival, simply come to the Monkey Maze reception, and they’ll guide you to the baby massage room.

You only need to bring a blanket for your baby to lay on, as massage oil will be provided for you to take home.

The sessions will be small and relaxed, so don’t hesitate to attend to your baby’s needs—whether that’s feeding, cuddling, or comforting. There’s no pressure to keep up with the class, as most of the babies break off from time to time for different reasons.

There is a cafe at Monkey Maze and you're welcome to stay for a cuppa or some lunch!
