MIDNIGHT BIRTH CLUB

Calling all parents of babies in West London, our Doula and Midwife led classes are here! Baby massage and baby care classes are the perfect way to bond with your baby and support their healthy development. Baby massage offers numerous benefits, including better sleep, improved digestion, and relief from colic. After baby massage, we will be chatting all things infant care with experienced midwife Jessima, where you can get support with infant feeding, whether breastfed or bottle fed. These will be informal chats where you are invited to ask questions and learn about topics such as safe sleep, soothing techniques, teething, starting solids, attachment, and postnatal recovery. Our friendly sessions take place in the church, to provide a relaxed environment where you and your baby can enjoy this special time together. Sessions are 90 minutes long and are booked in a course of four for £150. Our classes are designed to help you feel confident and calm, enhancing your parenting journey. You will meet other parents and get to socialise within your community.

There is plenty of space in the foyer to leave buggies. Tea and coffee provided during the session.
