Description
The Hello Baby Massage session lasts one hour and includes:
• Baby massage
• Baby yoga
• Baby reflexology
• Sensory integration
• Containment and comfort
• Fun, games and play
• Bonding experiences
Designed for our newest babies, ages between 0-12 weeks at the start of the course. Small class numbers of no more than 10 families per course, giving you a great opportunity to meet and talk with others at a similar stage of parenthood as yourself.
Mycenae House is beautiful venue with an on-site cafe which you may use before or after you class.
Pushchairs are not permitted in the house but a covered pushchair park is provided. You may prefer to use a baby carrier.
