This is a gorgeous new course that gives you and your baby space to bond and connect. It is a lovely relaxed 8-week course that includes Baby massage and Tree Babies. The classes are small and intimate suitable for those who prefer a smaller group. The course is suitable for babies 8 weeks to crawling.

The course starts with Baby massage

💜Baby massage is a wonderful way to bond and connect with your baby. It can provide relief from wind, colic, and teething, as well as help you and your baby become more relaxed. It also contributes to your baby's development by stimulating the nervous system and communicating with your baby through nurturing, loving touch.

and continues with Tree Babies

Tree Babies is a course set in woodland. Suitable for mums and dads, and babies happy to be carried in slings or carriers. It is a session for you to take time out each week, focus on your well-being and connect with nature, your baby and other parents. We will take part in some mindfulness, forest bathing, and nature art and discover the enjoyment of being outdoors amongst the trees.
