BECOMING FAMILIES

These sessions are suited for little ones from 4 weeks to being fully mobile- we usually find once little ones are able to move off the mats they are so busy exploring their environment that they don't like to stay still, which can make massage more difficult. However, all little ones are different and may love staying still for a relaxing massage session so always check with us if you're not sure.

These small groups offer a perfect environment to learn how to massage your baby and provide the opportunity to meet new parents/carers as well as offer a chance for some gentle stretching, movement and relaxation for you, if you are a postnatal Momma attending the sessions this can help to aid healing, and as a new parent/carer this relaxations ensures that you are not neglecting self-care in the postnatal period.

As well as the above, the classes offer a chance at the end to catch up with one another and enjoy a hot or cold drink and a tasty snack :D
