Our classes provide you with a safe space to spend time with your baby without having to worry about feeding, changing, crying (you or your baby!) or whether you’ve washed your hair. In fact, if those are your worries this is truly the class for you. You can feed or change your baby anytime, they can nap and take part in as much or as little as they want to each week.

! If you are finding life as a mum tough, maybe even a bit lonely, this is a class where you can chat to other mums, share all those ups and downs and get some invaluable peer support. There is no judgement, no criticisms, just support for your parenting journey.

Tinies has a baby massage and soft stretch routine which we build on each week so that by the end of term your lucky baby gets a full body massage and you have learnt lots of calming and soothing techniques, especially helpful if you have an unsettled or colicky baby. All that positive touch and time focusing on your baby helps you tune it to their cues which helps you to understand them better and helps them gently uncurl as they learn about their little body. We’ll fit in some postnatal movement for you focusing on your core and pelvic floor, and we always finish with a 5 minute relaxation where you might get chance to lie down and close your eyes while I talk you through a relaxation or maybe you’ll be sitting quietly feeding your baby as you relax. All in all a lovely gentle class for mum and baby, perfect for your fourth trimester baby who is just adapting to the world and I am confident you’ll love it.

Throughout the class there are lots of bits of infant education as well which will really help you learn about your baby’s development in these early weeks and months. Tinies is a really special class designed to be all about mum and baby together, growing your connection as you both learn about life together.

Classes are booked in 6 week terms, and cost £60 per 6 week term
