Description
Active Antenatal classes combine yoga-based movement, antenatal and active birth education, breathing techniques, guided relaxation and peer-to-peer support.
The perfect accompaniment to the Parent Prep course, or serving equally well as a standalone option, I aim to help you to learn your antenatal education and active birth techniques in a truly effective way.
Classes are movement based. We practice these movements along with learning about different breathing techniques to help you during your pregnancy and prepare your body for labour.
We also aim to encourage your baby into an optimal position and repeat movements to build muscle memory, so everything is in place for your baby’s birth.
