Description

Suitable for first pregnancy and next babies.
For all Births.
The group setting is relaxed and comfortable, with up to 5 couples. Benefit from my extensive knowledge (14 years as a Midwife and hypnobirthing teacher since 2009!) Form connections with other expectant couples, with babies due around a similar time to you.

My classes are friendly, informal and welcoming. I enjoy teaching from my home in St Albans, Hertfordshire. This is a comfortable, relaxing environment, that really lends itself to teaching Hypnobirthing.

The course comes in 4-week intervals (£275)
