The Essential Hypnobirthing Antenatal course (totalling c. 5 hours, incl lunch break).

This course will provide you the key hypnobirthing foundations to get your hypnobirthing practice started with the process of labour, your pain relief options, relaxation techniques, decision making, breathing, active birth positions and massage.
