This is a Complete Hypnobirthing Antenatal course (totalling 10 hours).

The complete course gives you loads of time to learn about the birth process, how to address any fears of birth, get up to date with your birth rights, decisions and choices, as well as practice lots of relaxation techniques to help you get the best from your birth experience. It's immersive, it's fun and you'll learn more than you expect, and if you're bringing a reluctant male partner they'll probably blow their mind with this new knowledge!
