Relaxed and comfortable group sessions facilitated by me in the lovely surroundings of Yogi Coffee Shop, located in Simmondley, Glossop. Groups will be set to a maximum of 6 couples. This is a complete birth preparation course that will provide you with an opportunity to learn in a safe space whilst getting to know other expectant parents. Yogi Coffee Shop is a private and calm space where we can will explore and learn about the magic of hypnobirthing together.
