Description

Suitable from 12 weeks pregnant. Yoga mats are supplied.

Each class is 1 hour and includes a education topic, yoga sequence and will close with time deeply relaxing.

As an antenatal & hypnobirthing teacher I will introduce movements to support you in labour and exercises to practice at home as the course progresses. We will cover an education topic each week, for example: how to prevent fear disrupting your birth, how baby descends through the pelvis and movements to support that, is Home Birth safe, how to support Induced labour and more.

There will be time to chat to other mums and enjoy a drink and biscuit on week 1.

Bring:
- water bottle
- you may also like a cushion and an extra layer or blanket for relaxation time
