Description
The only preparation you will need to birth your baby! The course is jam packed with gold to help educate you on the science behind labour and how your body can be maximised to its full potentials. It will help you to create the perfect toolkit for birth to enable you to put you in the best stead to cope with pain. It helps educate you on different birth choices in terms of location, types of birth, methods to induce labour and pain management. It helps you to understand how to make decisions in potentially challenging situations and how to navigate your birth rights. But ultimately it is helping build confidence, and maybe even excitement, so you can absolutely boss your birth, just how you deserve!
