Description

This course covers everything you need to know about how to relax and soothe your baby and help them to sleep better.

The course covers:

* a full body massage routine that helps to relax your baby and eases pain from wind, colic, constipation and teething
* baby reflexology for relaxation
* yoga inspired gentle stretch and sing session
* a session on sleep essentials giving you everything you need to know about sleep in the first 6 months with practical tips to make things better

Live classes are 60 minutes long and include time to chat with the other Mums over a cuppa and biscuit or two.

The course includes organic massage oil, lifetime access to the online course videos, and refreshments.
