Description

In a Blissful Beginnings class we provide sensory opportunities for your baby to play, musical interaction, songs, as well as teach you how to use massage techniques to help soothe and comfort them.

Each week will focus on a different area of the body, going through legs, tummy, arms, back and chest, face and head.

Our groups are small and friendly and offer you a chance to get to meet some other mums in your area.

Drinks and refreshments will be available for you, and each block will aim to incorporate one art keepsake for you to take away with you.
