BLISSFUL BEGINNINGS

Over the course of 5 weeks you will learn how to safely give your baby a full body massage. You will be provided with a bottle of organic cold pressed sunflower oil during the first session. Each week you will learn how to massage a different part of the body. Benefits of baby massage include soothing and relieving common issues such as colic, constipation and teething troubles. It can also help to promote sleep, weight gain and help to build your babies immune system. Baby massage is also a lovely way for you to relax and bond with your baby.

Each week there will also be different exploratory play opportunities, which help your baby to discover and learn through their senses. Imagine treasure baskets, parachutes, messy play and bubbles!

It wouldn’t be a baby class without music and every week there will be nursery rhymes and songs your baby will love. Singing is a wonderful way to help your baby with their early language acquisition whilst also being lots of fun.

Refreshments are also available and will include, cold or hot drinks and a yummy snack.
