Description
This six week course of parent and baby yoga will provide you with the perfect opportunity to bond with your baby whilst also making sure that your own needs are being met.
Meet and connect with other mums and their babies, enjoy gentle exercises designed to be safe and supportive during your postnatal recovery, and take some time to rest and calm your mind.
Classes are suitable from 6 weeks postnatal if you had a straightforward birth, or 10 weeks postnatal if you had a C-Section or a significant birth injury (eg. significant tearing or instrumental delivery)*. If you're unsure, please get in touch to discuss before booking.
*We would always recommend getting the ok from your GP or midwife before beginning any form of exercise postnatally.
