When thinking about introducing food to your baby, the tidal wave of information to wade through can feel daunting.

To make your life easier and to ensure a seamless transition into the world of solids, I will be running family-friendly weekend workshops to help you to break down the essentials of all you need to know into bite-sized chunks (literally!)

My 2-hour interactive session will help you to get to grips with the latest advice and recommendations about starting solids, so you can make your baby's introduction to food as positive, fun and enjoyable as possible.

All Blooming Wonderful classes are baby-led. Babies are very welcome and may attend free of charge. Please feel free to see to the needs of your baby at any time.
