four week, hour long, Baby Yoga course, packed full of fun! This is an interactive and engaging class for you and your baby and is suitable for babies aged 12 weeks to approximately 1 year old.
Baby yoga combines soft stretching inspired by traditional yoga poses to help support the development of babies and to aid relaxation and bonding. Parents will learn baby yoga stretches, baby holds and swings and relaxation exercises to practice with baby. Parents will also be encouraged to practice gentle yoga inspired poses with their baby and use breathing techniques and massage to aid relaxation.
Baby Yoga has many health and developmental benefits for your baby. It can help to strengthen muscles. soothe discomfort, boost circulation and digestion, along with supporting communication and language.
Developmental play can support your baby to explore and enjoy their developing skills, along with creating positive attachments and loving connections with their parents.
