4 or 5 week Baby Yoga Course held at Coopers Edge Community Centre for baby's 16 weeks - crawlers.

The perfect follow on class from Baby Massage, this course will explore how babies learn and develop in their first year and how we can utilize movement and play to to support brain, body and sensory integration by implementing sensory stretch and sing routines.

Enjoy hot drinks, snacks, and social time before and after each class, creating lasting memories and building a supportive network of friends. Plus, take home a keepsake to cherish the special moments shared with your little one.

Highlights:
