Description
Nurturing, flowing pregnancy yoga classes to help you build strength, bond with your baby and prepare for your birth. This is more than just a pregnancy yoga class. We cover a different topic each week related to pregnancy, birth or beyond, giving you the chance to build your support network, connecting with other local mums. I teach breathing techniques to help you relax and prepare for labour and birth, release tension and reduce any anxiety you may be feeling. You will learn yoga postures safe for pregnancy and I always give modifications so you can adjust your practice to how you feel that week. We always end with a beautiful, calming, guided relaxation to aid sleep and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. This class is suitable from 12 weeks all the way up until birth, and no experience of yoga is needed.
