Description
This is a nurturing and gentle yoga class designed specifically for expecting mothers from 12 weeks of pregnancy.
This class focuses on safe and supportive movements that help strengthen the body, alleviate common discomforts, and enhance the connection between mother and baby.
Through guided breathing exercises, mindful stretching, and relaxation techniques, you'll cultivate a sense of calm and well-being, preparing both body and mind for childbirth.
This is a weekly class, running on Wednesday evenings, in Cantley Doncaster, 5:30pm - 6:30pm.
Whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years, I offer a welcoming space where you can truly tune into your body, share the journey with other mothers, and prepare for the beautiful experience of childbirth with confidence and peace.
Places must be prior booked to ensure numbers are kept small to build a comfortable environment.
