Perfect for children from 1-5 years, join Lizzie for a chance to explore music and sounds in the natural world around us!

I LOVE spending time outside and connecting with the natural world we're part of - and I'm so excited to be partnering with Thatcham Nature Discovery Centre to lead these sessions.

Together with your child, we'll unleash our imaginations as we play with the sounds around us, and learn more about the living creatures and environments we share our lives with.

Using a combination of singing, movement and sound exploration, these sessions are a fun and engaging way to explore nature and make new friends too!

Sessions will be held in The Hutch at the Nature Discovery Centre - you can find it just next to the playpark on the right as you face the main building and lake.

The area we will use has some natural shade, and a small shelter we can use too.
In the event of very heavy rain or high winds, the session will not go ahead that day - you will be given the opportunity to rebook for any other session within 12 months of your original booked session.

Please make sure you & your child come dressed appropriately for the weather conditions.
We recommend:

Wear long trousers & closed-toe shoes
Bring an extra layer or 2 for you and your child as we'll be outside (and being the UK, conditions can be changeable!)
Bring waterproofs (helpful in case the ground is a little muddy, or in case of a little rain)
Warm weather: sunhat, sunscreen and something to drink
Cold weather: hats and gloves
There are toilets available in the Nature Discovery Centre, and also a café for grabbing a warm drink and/or snack if you need.
