Description

Our parent & baby strength class is perfect for new parents looking to get back into movement with babies on board!

Under the expert guidance of our specialist pre- and post-natal qualified personal trainer, we will give you all the tools you need to ensure you are exercising safely, while helping you build strength, improve mobility and (for parents who have birthed babies) work on functionality of the pelvic floor and abdominals.

You’ll learn functional, full body movements to help you make every day tasks as a parent more manageable and comfortable, as well as meet other new parents and join the welcoming and supportive Bourne Fitness community!

This class is suitable for pre-mobile babies, who are welcome in prams or carriers.

All parents and carers are welcome.

For parents who have birthed babies, please make sure you have your GP sign off before starting any exercise.
