As a postnatal doula and a mother myself, I recognise that the postpartum period can be overwhelming and isolating.
Baby & Me Yoga provides a wonderful opportunity to step out of your home and join a nurturing environment where you can bond with your baby and unwind.
Let's engage in Baby & Me Yoga together and discover its numerous benefits. Through yoga, I will assist you in your postpartum healing journey, focusing on strengthening your core muscles, pelvic floor, and back. Additionally, we will have a lot of fun creating special moments with your baby, fostering bonds, and connecting with other new mothers.
