As a practitioner of hypnobirthing, antenatal education, doula, and pregnancy yoga.I have developed a hypnobirthing course to help you build a strong connection with your body, baby, and partner, preparing you thoroughly for childbirth.
My goal is to empower and inspire you, equipping you with evidence based knowledge and tools to support you to approach childbirth confidently.
We'll explore the world of hypnobirthing and learn techniques that both you and your birth partner can use during labour.
