Pregnancy yoga, offers many benefits for expectant mothers by promoting flexibility, strength, and improved posture while reducing back pain and enhancing circulation. It also helps manage stress and anxiety and improves sleep.
Connect with your body, bond with your growing baby, and meet fellow mums-to-be. Together, we’ll prepare for birth with movement, peace, and a sense of togetherness.
Suitable for the second and third trimesters of pregnancy
Expect more than yoga. There will be lots of birth tips and advise as well as access to resources and lots of support.
