Description
The focus is on gently restoring the core and pelvic floor in a safe and effective way. You will be shown how to check for abdominal separation (diastasis recti) and the exercises and correct techniques to safely improve core and pelvic floor function.
The class is fun, friendly and supportive with music and time to chat to other mums. Many people also like to do this class in conjunction with B.Y.B Park Fitness and then grab a coffee or lunch together after.
Please book in advance. You need to have been cleared by the GP to exercise (6-10 weeks).
