Our new term starts soon and it's not too late to book your space.
Our classes are friendly, relaxed, welcoming and more importantly, Baby Led so that you can respond to your baby's needs and strengthen the bond between you both.
We also focus on grounding, breathing and self- care for parents and a chance to chat and share tips and advice.

Towels and mats are provided for you to use in class and you will be given your own bottle of Organic Sunflower oil.
