Description
Bump & Beyond Workshops are an interactive, in-person experience for you and your birthing partner to explore all areas of antenatal care and birth, in preparation for your new arrival.
My aim is to educate you in all variations of birth, allowing you to make an informed birth plan, but also be prepared for all scenarios. This in turn will reduce your anxieties, and give you the knowledge to be confident to speak up for yourself, resulting in a positive birth.
Included is : stages of labour, birthing positions, using gym ball/massage/rebozo to aid pregnancy & labour, newborn preparation, how to be a supportive partner, and much more.
