Description
The Infant Feeding Workshop is part of the full Parent Course (and can be booked separately or as part of the full course - see separate listing).
This is a 2.5 hour workshop and can be attended by the expectant parent and birth companion or if preferred on you own
The workshop will cover:
- All feeding choices explored
- Understand how breastfeeding works: the science
- Understanding position & attachment
- Expressing
- PACED feeding
- Parent Preparation
- Equipment & sterilisation
- Role of partner

I keep class sizes to a maximum of six couples - pregnant person and their birth companion - to give you the chance to get to know each other in a more calm and supportive environment.
