Baby Karma classes encourage the development of baby’s sensory skills through touch, smells and massage in a calming and loving environment.

Using gentle massage and a variety of reflexology movements (massage of the feet) babies are introduced to the world around them. You will learn some simple moves to help with common issues like colic, teething, digestion and sleep, and get to enjoy a lovely relaxing and bonding class with baby.

This class is appropriate for all little ones from 6 weeks of age up to crawling.

Adorned with mirrors, a built-in ballet barre, and flooded with natural light, the studio at Fly Fitness offers a light and airy space right in the centre of town. Downstairs, there is also a cafe which is the perfect place to grab a coffee and a snack after class.

Fly Fitness is right next to the Thermae Spa – a 5 minute walk from Bath Spa train and bus station, and Avon Street car park is a 3 minute walk away should you wish to drive.
