A relaxed yet focused class, specially developed for pregnant and postnatal mamas to strengthen, lengthen and tone their muscles.
Our Pilates classes focus on postural realignment, safe core and pelvic floor engagement, and building/maintaining functional strength.
Suitable for all fitness levels and from either 14 weeks pregnancy or after your 6 week GP health check.
Adorned with mirrors, a built-in ballet barre, and flooded with natural light, the studio at Fly Fitness offers a light and airy space right in the centre of town. Downstairs, there is also a cafe which is the perfect place to grab a coffee and a snack after class.
Fly Fitness is right next to the Thermae Spa – a 5 minute walk from Bath Spa train and bus station, and Avon Street car park is a 3 minute walk away should you wish to drive.
