Description
Our Babywearing Bootcamp classes provide a fun workout that you can safely do while holding or wearing your baby (if you wish!)
If your baby doesn’t want to be held, they are welcome to do their thing while you workout, and you will certainly still feel the benefit using bodyweight only!
Exercises wil involve some gentle low-impact cardio moves, plus some matwork that your babies can get involved with which is sure to leave them giggling away as you improve your own strength and fitness.
Suitable for all fitness levels and stages of recovery 6 weeks +
