Schedule some ‘me’ time into your week! As your baby is with you, you can enjoy this special time together in a calming and positive environment. Suitable for all mummy yoga/fitness levels. Crawling babies very welcome but no walkers please!
Before participating in this class, please complete our ParQ Medical form so our instructors can adapt your work out around any illness or injuries.
Postnatal yoga is designed to align body, improve posture, promote well-being and strengthen the core and lower back – essential after giving birth. Suitable for all fitness levels and mums from 6 weeks post-birth, this class incorporates relaxing stretches for you as well as Baby Yoga moves, singing and distraction techniques for you and your baby to get the absolute most out of this class.
Please bring with you:
- A Yoga Mat
- A Yoga Block (if you have one, if not a rolled up blanket)
- Water
- A sensory scarf or clean muslin.
