Description
Pregnancy Yoga is a tailored pregnancy class, especially designed for 'mums to be' from around 14 weeks - birth.
These classes will help you stay active throughout your pregnancy, as well as help you prepare your mind and body to birth.
Please bring with you:
- a Yoga style Mat
- Cushion & a blanket for the relaxation at the end of the class
- Water.
Pregnancy is a wonderful time to practice yoga. It can increase energy levels and help you connect with your growing baby, giving you confidence in your body’s natural ability to give birth. The combination of breathing, relaxation techniques and postures will create inner balance to help overcome any challenges during pregnancy, labour, birth or motherhood.
