3 hour hypnobirthing course. This will support you in all types of births. You will learn how hypnobirthing works, understand what your body and baby are doing in labour and birth, 2 breathing techniques, relaxations, pain management techniques and explore the role of the birth partner

+ 45 minutes 1: to 1 zoom birth planning session

Luka the Doula is a qualified KG Hypnobirthing teacher with a diploma in Hypnobirthing. The 12 hour KGHypnobirthing and antenatal is the only Hypnobirthing course approved by the Royal college of Midwives!
