Description
Total Toning is a low impact cardio session that will vary week-by-week to keep things exciting. You can expect weekly themes including Boxing, Legs, Bums and Tums and Total Body Toning. Particular care will be taken with core and pelvic floor health, with the aim of recovery and strengthening through your postnatal journey. You can still expect high energy, fun playlists and and a feel-good workout, just with extra care for those returning to exercise after baby. The perfect way to kick off your Friday and head into the weekend!
