An inclusive set of practises for both mummy and baby, to help with postnatal strength & flexibility while enhancing playful interaction and communication.
Postnatal yoga is designed to align the body, improve posture, promote well-being and strengthen the core, pelvic floor, and lower back- essential for your recovery after giving birth. Suitable for all fitness levels and mums from 6 weeks post-birth (or 12 weeks post c-section or episiotomy).
The baby yoga will promote bonding, healthy development and movement in your baby’s body.
