Description
This online zoom postnatal yoga class is designed to align body, improve posture, promote wellbeing and strengthen the core and lower back (important after giving birth with the constant lifting and carrying). The gentle session will release tension in the shoulders, tone the abdomen and teach key deep-breathing exercises to alleviate tiredness and clear the mind.
Online classes are live via Zoom to ensure you are fully supported with instructor Q&A.
Our selection of interactive live pregnancy classes offers you gentle stretches designed to alleviate aches and pains, toning and strengthening sessions to nurture your body and mind, along with specialised pregnancy cardio, pregnancy ball exercises, and relaxation techniques.
Each pregnancy workout is delivered online via Zoom to give you a two way, safe interactive studio experience, live at home.
Classes are suitable for expectant parents at any stage and fitness level – from 14 to 40 weeks.
