Description
This class may take place indoors or outdoors depending on the weather! Or a combination of both!
Outdoor version
Enjoy invigorating outdoor exercise and the company of other new mums. Get your heart rate up and enjoy the fresh air as you power-walk/jog through the park, do push-ups and make use of benches and resistance bands. This class will involve buggies so please do bring your pram (running buggy not necessary!) - and most importantly, have fun!
Indoor version
This is a high impact class (with low impact options) which uses mainly bodyweight and resistance bands with some mat work at the end – ie postnatal abdominal, glute and lower back strengthening. A fast paced class which gives a good workout.
All fitness levels welcome – you work at your own pace to gradually increase your fitness. All you need is your baby in a buggy, sports clothing, your own exercise mat, trainers, a towel and water bottle
Please let us know if you have any health concerns so that our trained instructors can look after you as well as possible in class.
