Description
This class is designed to align the body, improve posture and promote wellbeing whilst strengthening the core and lower back (important after giving birth with the constant lifting and carrying). This gentle session will release tension in the shoulders, tone the abdomen and teach simple breath work exercises to alleviate tiredness and clear the mind. This class also incorporates baby yoga which helps mum and baby bond and relax together.
Previous Yoga experience not required.
