CALM CLOUDS BABY MASSAGE

Calm Clouds classes are perfect for new mums and their babies. On this course, not only will you rest and relax with your little one, you will also learn baby massage skills to help soothe and settle your baby. We cover different skills in each session: Legs & Feet - always popular, very relaxing Tummy - helps with those baby tummy niggles. Chest & Arms - very warming, helps with congestion. Face & Back - techniques to help with teething and a relaxing back massage where we do some tummy time. Organic sunflower oil is provided and each week you are given a guide to take home to continue your practice. Much needed cuppa, biscuits & chat to finish. Classes just as much for mums as for babies.
