Description

A wonderful group class suitable from birth to 12 months. 5 week course where you will gradually learn massage strokes to do with your baby at home. All sessions are baby led and are 90 minutes long. There is plenty of time to chat and be with other new parents. Baby massage relieves colic and digestive issues, relieves teething pain and can help relax you and your baby promoting better sleep.
