Description

A 55 min Aerial & Circus Class involving:

- Aerial hoop
- Aerial silks
- Juggling
- Hula hooping
- Plate spinning and more

This class is a beginner’s level so all abilities welcome. Please wear comfortable gym wear with legs covered. No jewellery except stud earrings and hair tied up (preferably in a bun). You will be asked to sign a waiver at the beginning of the term
