Description
This class focuses on gentle stretching and releasing of achy muscles whilst restoring the core and strengthening the pelvic floor. It is the perfect reset that you need as a new parent, be that a first-time mum or a parent of many little people. It also improves posture and sleep, helps to decrease stress and anxiety, and supports relaxation. The baby yoga movements we practice help to ease colic, support good sleep and aid your developing baby in a nurturing environment. The setting for this session is especially restorative and a perfect place to start introducing babies to mixing with others.
Suitable for mums post 6 weeks (10-12 post-C-section, forceps or 4th-degree tear) to actively moving around. Please bring your own yoga mat.
